Shipping a watch? Don't send anything before we have spoken. Every consignment ships on a prepaid, insured label we issue after the agreement is signed — never on your own dime and never uninsured.
Estates and executors: say so up front. Timelines, documentation, and valuation requirements are different when a court or an insurer is involved, and we will structure the work around them.
Hours are by appointment. We don't keep public walk-in hours — it is better for your watch and better for our attention.
